Burgschaenke
Chronical:
"Burgschänke"
translates into: castle taverne.
The main structure was build
in the 19th century
and stands directly below
the 800 year old ruin
of Hohenecken castle.
In 1885 the property was
completely redesigned with special care
and a restaurant was added.
The house had been used
as a taverne for 180 years already.
Warm earth tones are pleasing
to the eye,
wooden beams, lead glass
windows
and natural textiles all
blend into an invitation
for relaxation and total
enjoyment in a unique setting. |
